    1.Product Overview


    The station-mounted panoramic scanning video telemetry system is used for wide-area and continuous leakage detection within the station.The maximum detection distance of S1 is 150 meters. Combined with the 360° pan-tilt rotation, it enables leakage monitoring at the station.

    Monitoring Management Platform

    1. Alarm settings and data processing

    a) It can simultaneously monitor 8 channels of PTZ video and concentration signals, and display the light intensity. b. Set up monitoring paths and no less than 999 monitoring points for the gimbal laser detector. At the same time, it is possible to set the high and low alarm values for each detector, and it also has the function of saving and viewing historical data.

    c) When an alarm occurs, it will automatically record the video, and it can display the concentration, light intensity, operating angle, video image, pan-tilt angle, etc.

    d) Whether it is running or in a downtime state, it will not affect the normal monitoring of the pan-tilt laser detector.

    e) The data storage of the self-organizing network management platform is no less than 1 year.

    2. Real-time monitoring

    The monitoring interface should simultaneously display the following information:

    a) Video image.

    b) Working status of the detector.

    c) The current combustible gas concentration at the detection point (unit: ppm.m) and alarm information.

    d) The precise identification of the current detection point.

    e) The current preset point position.

    3. Combustible gas leakage alarm

    a) It can determine the leakage event based on the detected combustible gas concentration data, generate alarm information, and prompt it through sound and light.

    b) It can manually set the alarm concentration threshold of combustible gas, and support the adjustment of detection rate (response rate).

    c) When the detected combustible gas concentration exceeds the alarm threshold, it should conduct continuous detection at the point and set the duration of the fixed-point detection.

    d) When the integral concentration of combustible gas in the monitored area is no more than 0.006 LEL.m, the detector should not issue an alarm signal.

    e) When the integral concentration of combustible gas in the monitored area reaches the alarm setting value, the detector should generate an alarm, and no alarm should be generated if it does not reach the alarm setting value.

    f) When the integral concentration of combustible gas in the monitored area is the larger value between 120% of the alarm setting value and the alarm setting value plus 10% of the range, the detector should be able to issue an alarm signal. The alarm response time should not be greater than 10 seconds. (If it does not reach the alarm setting value, no alarm should be generated; if it reaches the alarm setting value, an alarm should be generated, and the alarm response time should not be greater than 200ms).

    4. Automatic inspection

    a) It supports setting preset points, and the detector automatically conducts fixed-point detection of each preset point in sequence. It can set the duration of the fixed-point detection, and there should be no less than 999 preset points to ensure consistency between the preset points and the actual inspection points.

    b) It supports setting inspection trajectories, and the trajectories should support free curves. The detector automatically conducts continuous detection along the trajectory. The free curve should be able to generate a "Z" shape inspection route by automatically generating software based on the four vertex positions of the specified rectangular area.

    c) It supports presetting multiple automatic inspection trajectories and setting their application rules to achieve automatic switching of different trajectories according to different time periods.

    5. Manual control

    a) It supports manually adjusting the camera focal length.

    b) It supports manual operation of the pan-tilt.

    6. Alarm query

    a) It automatically records the video for 30 seconds before and after the alarm and stores it.

    b) It supports displaying the alarm record list according to the specified time period, and the record should include the combustible gas concentration value and the location.

    c) It supports merging multiple alarm records at the same time and the same location. d. Support the playback of video files recorded during an alarm.
