1.Product Overview

This product is an explosion-proof device, suitable for Zone I and Zone II environments where there may be leakage or explosion hazards of flammable or toxic and harmful gases in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, gas storage stations, and wine factory production workshops. It is not applicable to Zone 0 or underground coal mine environments. The detector can conduct safe detection and give advance alarms for gas leakage accidents.
The detector features TFT liquid crystal display, infrared remote control, three-wire 4mA-20mA output, RS485 bus communication (Modbus RTU protocol), and passive contact output functions.

2.Product Features

(1) It features a 256-color TFT liquid crystal display (320*240), infrared remote control function, and is easy to debug.
(2) Using hot-swappable sensor bodies makes it convenient to replace them at the usage site.
(3) It has an audible and visual alarm function. When there is a gas leak in the monitored area, the detector will emit urgent sound and light alarm signals.
(4) It has the function of temperature and humidity measurement, which can monitor the temperature and humidity of the usage area and output the data via RS485 to the control system.
(5) It has zero-point correction function, which can avoid measurement errors caused by zero-point drift.
(6) Standard RS485 interface based on Modbus (RTU) protocol.
(7) It can be used in conjunction with our company's JB-QB-CH210 combustible gas alarm controller, PLC, DCS and other systems.
(8) The system is processed by a single-chip microcomputer, featuring strong stability, strong anti-interference capability and low power consumption.
